All skill levels are welcome! During this class, we will go over the skills needed to hand-build basic vessels and shapes. At the beginning of the class, we will talk through your individual goal for the class—whether it’s a set of tableware, a container, or a sculpture, and additional instruction, guidance, and demonstrations will be provided by request! Otherwise, the focus of the class will be on providing the freedom and space to practice your clay skills and achieve your goal! Every student will leave the class with work that has had the opportunity to go through bisque and glaze firings.

This 6-Week Class will meet for 3 hours in length every Thursday evening from 6-9pm, with additional access to the studio for students during open-studio hours (TBA). A 25lb bag of clay is included in the price of the class, as well as a shelf to store tools, clay, and works in progress for the length of class.
